Ranked first on the list is Lee Soo Man – founder of SM Entertainment – an entertainment company that manages a series of talented stars such as the groups S.E.S, Shinhwa, H.O.T, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, SNSD, EXO,

Jeon Ji Hyun ranked second with 77 billion won (more than 1,539 billion VND).

Third is the tycoon of YG entertainment company – Yang Hyun Suk – who owns an expensive real estate block worth 53.1 billion won (1,061 billion VND).

The total value of real estate that singer Bi Rain holds is about 43.8 billion won (more than 876 billion VND).

Ranked fifth is Seo Tai Ji – the legendary Korean singer and composer of the 1990s – with 41 billion won (820 billion VND).

Jang Geun Suk ranked sixth, being the youngest artist in the top 10 artists who own expensive real estate.

Veteran actor Jo Jae Hyun ranked seventh with 36 billion won (about 720 billion VND).

Actor Kwon Sang Woo has 35 billion won (700 billion VND), ranked eighth.

Song Seung Hun owns a total real estate value of about 33.4 billion won (about 668 billion VND).

Seo Jang Hoon – former basketball player – ranked last on the list with 30.9 billion won (about 618 billion VND).
