Black sticky rice
This is a typical dish of Lang Son, made from black leaves and fragrant sticky rice.
The processor will mix the crushed ash leaves and ash well, then rub it with clean water and filter out the residue, then add the sticky rice to soak for about 6 hours and then take it out.
