Quynh Hoa previously participated in Miss Vietnam Ao Dai World 2017, Miss Vietnam Sea Worldwide 2018, winning the gold award for Vietnam Supermodel 2018. In 2022, she registered as Miss Universe Vietnam, stopping at the top.

The beauty queen also worked as a reality TV coach for Miss International Queen Vietnam, Miss Earth Vietnam 2023, and judge of Super Model International Philippines 2023. In addition to modeling, she also does business in Ho Chi Minh City.

Bui Quynh Hoa was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam after participating in many beauty contests.

Huong Ly won the title of 1st runner-up. She is 28 years old, from Gia Lai, 1.76 m tall, with measurements 83-62-95 cm.
