Frozen has just released the final official trailer, which is more than two minutes long, revealing the story as well as the main characters.

The film tells the story of the brave young girl Anna’s journey in search of her older sister, the Snow Queen Elsa – the ruler of the kingdom of Arendelle – who has the power to control wind and ice but is trapped in the kingdom of winter.

Accompanying Anna on that difficult journey are the mountain climber Krisoff, the loyal and funny reindeer Sven and the humorous snowman Olaf.

The character Anna is voiced by actress Kristen Bell.

When she accidentally discovered a secret that plunged the entire city of Arendelle into eternal winter, Anna decided to embark on a difficult and challenging journey to rescue Elsa.

Meanwhile, the character of Snow Queen Elsa is played by Broadway musical actress Idina Menzel.

Elsa inherently has the magic to create ice and snow – a wonderful but also very dangerous power.

Two characters that promise to attract many fans are the reindeer Sven and the snowman Olaf.

Director Chris Buck shared: `Frozen is inspired by Andersen’s classic fairy tale, but the story we tell in the film is really new and vivid.

Co-director Jennifer Lee – who is also the film’s scriptwriter – said: `At first it was just a simple story about the power of love, but later, the film had deeper meanings.`

Frozen is expected to premiere in Vietnam from December 13 in 3D Digital and Atmos formats.
