The `Red Devils` led 2-0 then 3-1 but still let the host equalize in the battle in the rain in Istanbul.

This is not the first time Man Utd has lost victory in the Champions League.

Man Utd players bowed their heads after midfielder Kerem Akturkoglu scored to seal a 3-3 draw for Galatasaray against Man Utd, at Rams Park, Istanbul, Turkey, Group A Champions League on the evening of November 29, 2019.

Galatasaray entered the game excitedly, but Man Utd poured cold water on the host with two beautiful goals in the first opportunities.

Once again, Garnacho celebrated the goal in the style of his idol Cristiano Ronaldo, but not by spinning but by raising his hand to signal the home audience to calm down.

After only seven minutes, Man Utd launched a second `punch`, this time from a long shot by Fernandes.

The home team was behind by two goals but the audience still cheered passionately, partly because of Garnacho’s provocation.

Man Utd seemed to have secured victory when Scott McTominay once again restored the two-goal gap in the 55th minute, with the ball headed towards the near corner from Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s cross on the right.

The one-goal difference made it even more difficult for Man Utd, before collapsing in the 71st minute. Ziyech once again shined with a through ball that allowed Kerem Akturkoglu to rush into the right penalty area and shoot hard towards the near corner to set the score.

Ziyech is still on Chelsea’s payroll, playing for Galatasaray on loan.

Man Utd could only rise up when the host was tired in the last 15 minutes, but the away team lacked precision.

Ten Hag teachers and students are still at the bottom of Group A with four points.
