Dustin chops water coconuts for an afternoon refreshment.

`In the past, I didn’t know how to chop a nipa coconut. I just used a knife to cut it straight into the coconut chamber, so it didn’t work. Now it’s very easy, just use your hand to hold the coconut stem firmly and then raise the whole coconut chamber up high, smashing it hard on the hard ground.

Not all of the coconuts he brought back were delicious, some were too young, some were old.

Through the times of splitting coconuts, Dustin learned some experiences, for example, you should choose large coconuts to have coconut flesh, small ones will be full of fiber.
